Job summary

Family Resource Home Care is seeking a Priority Care Specialist to provide direct in-home care for clients with varied needs and to onboard new caregivers. You will be assigned shifts within your stated availability and guaranteed at least 30 hours per week when requirements are met.

Compensation is $27.75 per hour. The role offers paid orientation and ongoing training, with support from branch staff and scheduling teams to ensure reliable hours and pay.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to pass a state and national background check.
• Active CPR certification required.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and clean driving record.
• One year experience in home care, AFH, hospital or nursing home setting.
• Ability to lift to 50lbs.
• WA Only – Current valid CEs if you are an HCA.

Responsibilities

• Provide client care as scheduled for new, emergency, or fill-in assignments.
• Establish positive relationships with the client care team and scheduling.
