Job summary

Family Resource Home Care is seeking a Priority Care Specialist to provide direct in-home care for clients with varying needs, and to support onboarding for new caregivers. You will work scheduled shifts with minimum 30 hours per week when possible and receive orientation and ongoing training.

Shifts are open across multiple days, with competitive pay and branch support available 7 days a week. This role offers growth within a caring, award-winning team and flexible scheduling to fit

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• Active CPR
• Ability to pass a state and national background check
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• One year experience in home care or related setting
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs
• Smartphone with AxisCare app
• WA residents – Current valid CEs if you are an HCA

Responsibilities

• Provide client care as scheduled for new, emergency, or fill-in assignments
• Establish a positive relationship with the client care team and Centralized Scheduling
• Communicate with clients and their families to ensure needs are understood
• Observe and report changes and incidents to supervisors
• Follow client care plans and assist with daily living activities like bathing, mobility, meals
