Job summary

All About Caring Home Care LLC is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team, providing one-on-one support in the client’s home and community. We are hiring multiple caregivers to provide 24-hour coverage and are looking for individuals who are passionate about helping others live safely and independently.

As a DSP, you will provide one-on-one support in the client’s home and community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous DSP, PCA, caregiving, or healthcare experience is a plus.
• We will train the right candidate.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Ability to pass Minnesota DHS background study.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing quality care.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, person-centered care
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Support community outings and social engagement
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Monitor the client's health, safety, and well-being
• Complete accurate daily documentation
• Follow the individual's support plan and company policies
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and the care team
