Addus HomeCare in Jackson, TN is seeking a full-time Scheduling and Supervisory Coordinator to organize and monitor in-home care workers and client schedules across Benton, Carroll, Chester, Crockett, Decatur, Dyer, Gibson, Hardeman, Hardin, Haywood, Henry, Henderson, Lake, Madison, McNairy and Obion counties.

This on-site role offers Monday–Friday 8 am–5 pm with rotating on-call weekends; travel within the territory is approximately 60%.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of office experience.
• EVV experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Creates and manages client schedules in the system.
• Arranges alternate coverage to follow care plans.
• Supports staff to deliver high-quality services.
• Conducts in-home visits per state regulations.
• Manages reportable events and coordinates with departments.
• Travel within territory; approximately 60% travel.
