Addus HomeCare in Jackson, TN seeks a scheduling and supervision coordinator to manage in‑home care workers and clients across Benton, Carroll, Chester, Crockett, Decatur, Dyer, Gibson, Hardeman, Hardin, Haywood, Henry, Henderson, Lake, Madison, McNairy and Obion counties.

This is a full‑time, Monday–Friday 8:00 am–5:00 pm role with rotating on‑call weekends, supporting branch operations and alignment with each client’s care plan.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of office experience and strong scheduling skills.
• Experience with EVV systems preferred.
• Willingness to travel within territory (approx. 60%).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficient computer skills across multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage work schedules for home care workers and clients.
• Provide alternate coverage to maintain uninterrupted care.
• Support staff to ensure services align with care plans.
• Perform in-home visits per state regulations.
• Assist with reportable events and coordinate with departments.
• Travel within territory as needed; roughly 60% travel, 45% in office.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Summary: This position is responsible for scheduling and supervising in-home care workers and clients in the following counties: Benton, Carroll, Chester, Crockett, Decatur, Dyer, Gibson, Hardeman, Hardin, Haywood, Henry, Henderson, Lake, Madison, McNairy and Obion. This role supports the overall branch operation and the delivery of services to our disabled and elderly population.

Hours: Full Time: Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm. with rotating On-Call weekends

Essential Duties:

• Creates work schedules by entering schedules into the system, manages changes to client schedules due to client request, illness, vacation or leaves of absence.
• Provides alternate coverage to ensure the client's care plan is followed and client services are not interrupted.
• Support agency staff in delivering high quality services to each client while ensuring services align with the client's care plan
• Perform in home visits in accordance with state regulation including new admissions and routine supervisory visits
• Assist in reportable event management and comply with internal and external departments
• Willingness to travel within territory; approximately 60% travel 45% in office.
• Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements & Competencies:

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of office experience
• EVV (experience with Electronic Visit Verification Systems preferred)
• 1 year of caregiving/ personal care is desirable
• Must be willing to travel
• Interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
• Computer skills, ability to work in multiple systems
• Must have reliable transportation
