Job summary

Addus HomeCare, Inc. in Bartlett, TN seeks a full-time Scheduler/Supervisor to coordinate in-home care for multiple counties. You will create and adjust staff schedules, ensure care plans are followed, and support delivery of high-quality services across a large territory.

The role requires 1 year of office experience, EVV familiarity, and willingness to travel about 60% of the time. Full-time hours are Monday–Friday 8 am–5 pm with on-call weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of office experience.
• EVV experience preferred.
• 1 year of caregiving/personal care desirable.
• Willing to travel.
• Interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Computer skills and ability to work in multiple systems.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Creates and manages work schedules in the system.
• Provides alternate coverage to follow the client care plan.
• Supports staff to deliver high-quality services.
• Performs in-home visits per state regulations and supervision.
• Assists in reportable event management and liaises with departments.
• Travel within territory; approx. 60% travel, 45% in office.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Summary

This position is responsible for scheduling and supervising in-home care workers and clients in the following counties: Benton, Carroll, Chester, Crockett, Decatur, Dyer, Gibson, Hardeman, Hardin, Haywood, Henry, Henderson, Lake, Madison, McNairy and Obion. This role supports the overall branch operation and the delivery of services to our disabled and elderly population.

Full Time | Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm. | On Call Every other weekend

Essential Duties

• Creates work schedules by entering schedules into the system, manages changes to client schedules due to client request, illness, vacation or leaves of absence.
• Provides alternate coverage to ensure the client's care plan is followed and client services are not interrupted.
• Support agency staff in delivering high quality services to each client while ensuring services align with the client's care plan
• Perform in home visits in accordance with state regulation including new admissions and routine supervisory visits
• Assist in reportable event management and comply with internal and external departments
• Willingness to travel within territory; approximately 60% travel 45% in office.
• Other duties as assigned

• EVV (experience with Electronic Visit Verification Systems preferred)
