Help at Home is hiring Direct Support Professionals to assist seniors and individuals with disabilities in clients’ homes. You will provide one-on-one support, helping with daily activities, companionship, and safety while promoting independence.

Qualifications

• A HS Diploma or GED is required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain before employment.
• Access to insured and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• In-Home Assistance – help with day-to-day activities like meals, cleaning, dressing, grooming, laundry, and monitoring health needs.
• Companionship – engage clients in activities and accompany them to appointments or errands.
• Community Building – communicate with family and staff to ensure a safe, supportive living environment.
