Visiting Angels Upper Connecticut River Valley, NH seeks an In Home Patient Care Assistant (PCA) to deliver compassionate in-home care to clients in Hanover and surrounding areas. You will support personal care, mobility, meals, and daily living activities, while documenting health updates and ensuring safety.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation. Training in First Aid is provided if needed.

• First Aid training and emergency response knowledge required (provided if needed).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Reliable transportation to client homes required.
• Strong time-management and ability to juggle duties.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Support light exercise or walking with clients.
• Plan and prepare meals with clients.
• Perform light housekeeping duties.
• Report health changes or emergencies promptly.
• Provide companionship and supportive interaction.
• Respond quickly to emergencies.
• Accompany clients during shopping trips.
• Assist with medication reminders.
• Support mobility and transportation to appointments.
