Job summary

Attend Home Care is seeking compassionate Personal Care Aides (PCA) to assist clients in their homes in Concord, NH. This role involves helping with ADLs, mobility, meals, light housekeeping, and companionship, while following care plans and ensuring safety.

Requires reliability, good communication, and US work authorization. Training is provided and supports growth within a nationwide home care organization.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide (HHA), or PCA preferred but not required.
• Proof of U.S. work authorization (valid, unexpired government-issued ID)
• Reliable transportation
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable nature
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow care plans and work independently

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and positioning to ensure safety and comfort
• Support clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands
• Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ quality of life
• Observe and report changes in clients’ condition to the care team
• Follow individualized care plans and ensure client safety at all times
• Assist with medication reminders (as permitted by state guidelines)
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
