Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Possess a Valid Driver's License, car insurance, and a reliable vehicle.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Training in First Aid and emergency response is provided if needed.
• Excellent time-management skills and ability to juggle duties.
• Reliable transportation to reach client homes on schedule.
• Comfort with housekeeping and cooking per dietary constraints.
• Willing to comply with health and safety standards (background check).
• Show compassion, understanding, and a desire to brighten each client's day.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Assist with light physical exercise or walks.
• Plan and prepare meals with clients.
• Perform light housekeeping duties.
• Report health changes or unusual incidents.
• Provide pleasant, supportive companionship.
• Respond quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
• Accompany and supervise clients during shopping trips.
• Remind clients to take medications as prescribed.
