Job summary

Right at Home Montgomery seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality, home-based care. You will perform ADL training, home safety evaluations, and adaptive equipment recommendations to keep clients independent in their own homes.

Qualifications

• Active OT license required.
• Experience in home care settings preferred.
• Ability to assess ADLs and home safety.
• Strong communication with clients and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT home care visits to clients in their homes.
• Design client-centered interventions that promote independence.
• Assess cognitive and functional status and progress.
• Recommend and train use of adaptive equipment.
• Educate clients and families on care plans and safety.
