Right at Home is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist to deliver in-home OT services with flexibility as a PRN position. Travel may be required and a Right at Home company vehicle is provided for visits.

The role focuses on designing creative, client-centered interventions that restore independence and confidence in home environments, with collaboration from a supportive care team.

Qualifikationen

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with Home Care experience.
• Strong skills in ADL training, home safety evaluations, adaptive equipment, cognitive and functional assessments, and educating clients and families.

Aufgaben

• Provide OT services in home care settings to support independence.
• Develop and implement client-centered intervention plans.
• Educate clients and families on exercises, safety and equipment use.
• Collaborate with care teams to coordinate services.
