Right at Home in Montgomery, AL is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist passionate about helping clients maintain independence at home.

This PRN, home-based role offers autonomy with a company vehicle for visits, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to design client-centered interventions.

Travel may be required within about an hour one way, and you will work with clients and families to improve ADLs, safety, and confidence.

Formación

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with Home Care experience
• Ability to perform ADL training and home safety evaluations
• Proficiency in recommending adaptive equipment and home modifications
• Experience conducting cognitive and functional assessments and educating clients and families

Responsabilidades

• Provide OT services in clients' homes to support independence.
• Conduct ADL training and home safety evaluations.
• Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications.
• Educate clients and families on safety strategies and independence.
