Job summary

Right at Home Montgomery seeks a licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support clients in their homes. You will work under an OT, developing and implementing client-centered plans to promote independence and safety.

The position offers a flexible PRN schedule, teamwork with a supportive OT team, and the chance to help clients regain independence and confidence in daily activities.

Qualifications

• Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant with Home Care experience.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Experience with ADL training, home safety, adaptive equipment, cognitive and functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients at home under OT guidance to promote independence.
• Educate clients and families on care plans and safety.
• Document progress and communicate with the care team.
