Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Strong work ethic, compassion, and reliability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and document care meticulously.
• Prefer minimum 1 year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, ambulation, feeding, medication reminders
• Ensure patient safety and well-being: follow care plans
• Promote independence: assist with light housekeeping, errands, and social interaction
• Maintain accurate documentation: adhere to HIPPA guidelines
• Meet all training and certification requirements.
