Job summary

Altra Homecare Group is seeking skilled CNAs and HHAs to join our in-home care team in Indiana. You will provide non-medical care, companionship, and support daily activities to clients in their own homes, promoting safety and independence.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current CNA or HHA license.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as CNA/HHA.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Assist with ambulation and transfers (with proper training).
• Provide companionship and social engagement.
• Monitor and report any changes in client's condition.
• Document care provided and adhere to protocols.
