HCS Home Care in Florida is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) or Home Health Aides (HHA) to deliver compassionate in-home care in the Palm Beach and Treasure Coast area.

You will assist with personal care, monitor basic health indicators, maintain records, and report changes to the Registered Nurse to ensure comfort, safety and dignity for clients.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and current Florida certification; at least 1 year of home care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: A minimum of 1 year in home care preferred.
• Licensure/Certification: Maintains certification in the State of Florida.

Responsabilités

• As�ssist patients with personal care activities such as hygiene, ambulation, eating, dressing.
• Maintain a clean, safe home environment and assist with light household tasks as needed.
• Measure and monitor basic vitals and report findings to the RN.
• Keep records of personal health care activities and care provided.
• Observe changes in patient appearance or behavior and communicate to the RN.
