Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of CNA program with required hours and/or Home Health Aide credentials.
• Current CPR certification and Florida driver’s license.
• Minimum six months of home health or hospice experience.
• Ability to follow written plans of care and document accurately.

Responsibilities

• Perform ADL and personal care per written RN plan of care.
• Maintain client safety, hygiene and comfort in the home.
• Document care provided in client's record and comply with HIPAA.
