BAYADA Home Health Care in Green Valley, AZ is seeking a Client Services Manager (CSM) to join our Adult office. The role focuses on helping clients and families access dependable in-home support while partnering with caregivers, referral partners, payors, and leaders.

This in-office, full-time position requires strong communication, judgment, and organizational skills to ensure timely referrals, accurate data entry, and high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Build trusting relationships with clients, families, caregivers, referral sources, payors, and partners.
• Serve as a responsive point of contact for questions and service needs.
• Coordinate referrals and ensure accurate, timely entry of client and payor information.
• Manage schedules and staffing to support continuity and quality of service.
• Monitor authorizations, state-funded hours, and reauthorization needs.
• Collaborate with leadership to support services from referral through discharge.
• Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams via phone, email, and other tools.
• Review documentation and payroll information for accuracy and completeness.
• Help resolve scheduling, service delivery, and caregiver concerns with urgency and empathy.
• Use reports and systems to prioritize work and improve service delivery.
