As an In Home Patient Care Assistant, you will enrich clients' quality of life per their care plans, including companionship, light housekeeping, mobility support, meals, and safety checks. Training in dementia/alzheimer’s care is available.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to manage time and juggle multiple duties.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients with light exercise or walks.
• Plan and prepare meals with clients.
• Light housekeeping duties.
• Report health changes or incidents.
• Provide companionship and support.
• Respond quickly in emergencies.
• Accompany and supervise clients during shopping trips.
• Remind clients to take medications on time.
• Assist with mobility and activities at home and during appointments.
