Job summary

Visiting Angels of Rapid City seeks compassionate caregivers to support clients throughout the Southern Hills area. You will assist with daily living activities, meals, mobility, and companionship, while following individualized care plans and ensuring safety during visits.

Qualifications

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Training in First Aid and emergency response is provided if needed.
• Reliable transportation to client homes and valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with light exercise or walks.
• Plan and prepare meals with clients.
• Perform light housekeeping duties.
• Report health changes or incidents promptly.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with mobility and accompany clients on errands.
• Remind clients to take medications as prescribed.
