Visiting Angels of Rapid City is seeking a caring In Home Patient Care Assistant to support clients across the Northern Hills, including Spearfish. You will deliver compassionate, individualized care and help clients live safely at home with dignity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license, car insurance, and a reliable vehicle.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Training in First Aid and emergency response is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with light exercise or walks.
• Plan and prepare meals with clients.
• Handle light housekeeping duties.
• Report health changes or unusual incidents.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Respond quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
• Accompany and supervise clients during shopping trips.
• Remind clients to take medications as prescribed.
• Assist with mobility and errands at home and during appointments.
