Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide mobility assistance and help with transfers and ambulation.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
• Assist with medication reminders and follow individualized care plans.
