Accessible Homecare Solutions LLC in Hartwell, GA is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Aide (PCA) to support clients in their homes. You will assist with daily living activities, provide companionship, and help with light household tasks.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a PCA, CNA, HHA, or in a similar caregiving role preferred.
• Genuine compassion, patience, and reliability when working with clients.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and families.
• Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed.
• Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to supervisors.
• Accompany clients to appointments or errands as required.
• Maintain accurate care logs and documentation per agency guidelines.
