Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands.
• Follow individualized care plans and all safety protocols.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with mobility and safe transfers; provide medication reminders (no nursing tasks).
• Accurately document services and report changes in client condition.
