Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a PCA, CNA, home health aide, or caregiver preferred.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and positioning support as needed.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when necessary.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean home environment.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
• Assist with medication reminders and monitor client health and well-being.
• Transport or accompany clients to appointments and errands as needed.
• Document and report any changes in client condition to supervisors.
