Job summary

The Marion House is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our team. You will provide routine, non-medical in-home support to the elderly or disabled participants in their own homes.

Responsibilities include personal care such as bathing and dressing, assistance with mobility, light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, and medication reminders. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required, and you must pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospice, home health, or other related fields.
• Positive and patient demeanor.
• Ability to build rapport with patients.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Must pass drug screening and background check

Responsibilities

• Provide routine individualized care to the elderly or persons with disabilities
• Assist with bathing and dressing
• Help with ambulation/transfers
