Job summary

The Marion House is seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide routine, non-medical in-home support to participants in Kentucky. You will assist with personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, errands, and medication reminders, delivering dignity and comfort in a home setting.

Responsibilities include helping with bathing and dressing, transfers, mobility support, and building rapport with participants to support their independence and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospice, home health, or related fields.
• Positive and patient demeanor with ability to build rapport.
• Able to handle physical workload.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine individualized care to the elderly or persons with disabilities.
• Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing patients.
• Assist with ambulation/Transfers.
• Non-medical in-home support that includes light housekeeping, meal preparation, errands etc.
• Medication reminders.
