Job summary

The Marion House seeks compassionate Caregivers to join our in-home support team serving elderly and disabled clients in Kentucky. You will provide routine, non-medical care in the client’s home, promoting independence and comfort.

Responsibilities include personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, errands, and medication reminders. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required; drug screening and background check are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospice, home health, or related fields.
• Positive and patient demeanor.
• Ability to build rapport with patients.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Must pass drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine individualized care to the elderly or persons with disabilities in their home.
• Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing patients.
• Assist with ambulation/transfers.
• Non-medical in-home support including light housekeeping, meal preparation, errands, etc.
• Medication reminders.
