Job summary

Paylocity in Kentucky is seeking Caregivers to provide routine in-home care to participants at their homes. You will support the elderly or disabled with daily activities and personal care. Responsibilities include bathing, dressing, ambulation/transfers, light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, and medication reminders.

A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required. We value compassionate, patient caregivers who can build rapport and handle the physical aspects of home care.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospice, home health, or other related fields.
• Positive and patient demeanor.
• Ability to build rapport with patients.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Must pass drug screening and background check

Responsibilities

• Provide routine individualized care to the elderly or persons with disabilities.
• Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing patients.
• Assist with ambulation/Transfers.
• Non-medical in-home support that includes light housekeeping, meal preparation, errands etc.
