Job summary

The Ole Homeplace is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our team. You will provide routine, in-home care to participants in their own homes, focusing on comfort, safety, and daily living support.

Responsibilities include personal care, mobility assistance, light housekeeping, meal preparation, errands, and medication reminders. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required; drug screening and background check will be conducted.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospice, home health, or other related fields.
• Positive and patient demeanor.
• Ability to build rapport with patients.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Must pass drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine individualized care to the elderly or persons with disabilities.
• Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing patients.
• Assist with ambulation/Transfers.
• Non-medical in-home support including light housekeeping, meal preparation, errands, etc.
• Medication reminders.
