Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to communicate in English (reading/writing/speaking/listening).
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones in customers' homes.
• Courteously train customers on how to use the phone and its features.
• Promote the CaptionCall service.
• Assist with lead generation activities as needed.
• Maintain inventory and complete required reports; submit invoices.
• Represent CaptionCall at events as assigned.
• Adhere to compliance policies set by the company.
