Job summary

Centria Autism in Georgia is seeking part-time BCBA to deliver high-quality ABA therapy with flexible scheduling. You’ll oversee a limited caseload, develop assent-based plans, and collaborate with our Clinical Excellence Team.

This role emphasizes clinical care, family engagement, and support from our operations team and CareConnect platform; it does not include benefits, but offers growth and mentorship opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification.
• Experience with assent-based ABA is preferred.
• Ability to oversee a limited caseload and supervise technicians.
• Strong collaboration with families and clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Provide BCBA oversight for a limited caseload of clients.
• Develop and maintain individualized, assent-based treatment plans.
• Support and supervise Behavior Technicians through coaching and modeling.
• Engage families in therapy through collaborative parent training.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming based on data and team input.

What You’ll Do
