Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking an In-Home Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy in clients' natural environments. You'll work closely with families, clients, and a dedicated clinical team, while our operations handle scheduling, onboarding, and logistics so you can focus on clinical excellence.

The role offers a base salary of $90,000–$105,000 plus weekly and monthly bonuses (average around $1,000/month) and a $15,000 sign-on bonus, plus comprehensive

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification and be able to provide supervision of technicians.
• Experience delivering ABA therapy and assent-based treatment.
• Ability to engage and train families and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA therapy and provide guidance to Behavior Technicians to ensure clinical excellence
• Train and mentor Behavior Technicians to improve client outcomes
• Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
• Engage parents in their child’s therapy with monthly parent training to drive meaningful progress
• Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data‑driven decision‑making

Compensation & Incentives – Earn a base salary of $90,000–$105,000, plus weekly and monthly bonus opportunities (typically averaging $1,000/month) and a $15,000 sign-on bonus.
