Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking a BCBA to lead in-home ABA therapy, delivering high-quality treatment directly in clients’ natural environments. You will collaborate with a clinical team to ensure compassionate, patient-centered care and measurable progress for children.

The role offers a base salary of $90,000–$100,000 with weekly and monthly bonuses and a $10,000 signing bonus, plus strong back-office support and growth opportunities within a supportive organization.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and eligible for WV licensure.
• Experience delivering ABA therapy in home settings is preferred.
• Strong collaboration with clinical team and families.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA therapy and guide Technicians to ensure clinical excellence.
• Train and mentor Behavior Technicians to improve client outcomes.
• Develop assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles.

Compensation & Incentives – Earn a base salary of $90,000–$100,000, plus weekly and monthly bonus opportunities (typically averaging $1,000/month) and a $10,000 signing bonus.

Your Role & Impact as a BCBA
