Turn this role into an interview — a resume and cover letter built around what this employer wants.
Centria Autism is seeking a Hybrid BCBA in Phoenix to blend at-home work with in-clinic collaboration with clients, families, and clinical teams.
You will lead ABA therapy, guide technicians, develop assent-based plans, and engage parents during on-site trainings, supported by our CareConnect platform and clinical leadership.
Compensation includes a base salary up to $105,000, a signing bonus, and monthly/weekly bonuses, with full benefits and a focus on work-life balance.
Looking for flexibility and hands-on impact?
At Centria Autism, our Hybrid BCBA role offers the best of both worlds: the ability to work from home part of the week, combined with meaningful in-person collaboration with clients, families, and clinical teams. We prioritize your success by eliminating operational burdens, allowing you to focus on what you do best: delivering exceptional ABA therapy and making a difference in children's lives, in a purpose-built clinical setting.
Let's Talk! We know that outstanding clinical quality is invaluable, and we are ready to compensate accordingly. We invite all applicants to share their salary expectations, and we are fully prepared to tailor a package that reflects your unique clinical experience and value.
