Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking a BCBA for an in-home, in-person role delivering high-quality ABA therapy in the natural environment. You will oversee programs with robust clinical support and collaborate daily with families and a dedicated clinical team.

You will lead, mentor, and train technicians, implement assent-based, individualized ABA plans, and drive meaningful progress while maintaining client-centered care.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and state licensure (as applicable).
• Experience supervising and mentoring Behavior Technicians.
• Strong data-driven decision making and ABA knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA therapy and provide guidance to Behavior Technicians to ensure clinical excellence
• Train and mentor Behavior Technicians to improve client outcomes
• Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
• Engage parents in their child’s therapy with monthly parent training to drive meaningful progress
• Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making

In this role, you'll oversee and implement programs with full support from our robust operational teams and systems, ensuring your focus remains entirely on delivering compassionate, client-centered care and driving meaningful progress.

Compensation & Incentives – Earn a base salary of $90,000-$105,000, plus weekly and monthly bonus opportunities (typically averaging $1,000/month), and a $15,000 signing bonus.
