Job summary

Sprinter Health is hiring Sprinters to bring care into patients' homes across various Houston communities. You will perform blood draws, vitals checks, specimen handling, and support wellness visits, while delivering a compassionate, professional patient experience.

You’ll work independently with a well-structured daily route and schedule. This role requires phlebotomy proficiency, a valid driver’s license, and a current BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy skills with challenging sticks experience.
• Home healthcare experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Availability Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Travel to patients' homes to perform blood draws, vitals, and other services.
• Document visits using Sprinter technology.
• Maintain a warm, professional patient experience in every home.
• Label, transport, and store specimens properly.
