Job summary

Sprinter Health is hiring a Sprinter to bring essential healthcare directly to patients in their homes. You’ll travel to assigned service areas and perform blood draws, vital signs, and other preventive services, using your phlebotomy expertise to minimize discomfort for patients.

You’ll work independently, documenting visits with Sprinter technology and ensuring safe transport of specimens, while building a welcoming, professional experience in each home.

Qualifications

• Strong phlebotomy skills, including experience with challenging sticks.
• Patient-facing healthcare experience in home settings (MA, LPN, LVN, etc.).
• Current BLS certification.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle.
• Availability Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
• Proficiency using Apple iPhones and iPads.

Responsibilities

• Travel to patients’ homes for scheduled visits and provide preventative and diagnostic services.
• Perform phlebotomy blood draws and vitals, documenting visits in Sprinter technology.
• Label, handle, and transport specimens for lab submission.
• Create a warm, professional experience in every patient home.
