Job summary

Sprinter Health is hiring a Phlebotomist to bring essential health services directly to patients in their homes. You’ll perform blood draws, vitals, and screenings, while maintaining a professional, compassionate environment.

You’ll travel across assigned areas, documenting visits with our app, and ensuring specimens are properly labeled and transported. A valid driver’s license, current BLS, and state licensing as required are needed.

Qualifications

• Strong phlebotomy skills with challenging sticks
• Healthcare experience in home settings preferred
• Current BLS certification required
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
• Availability Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
• Proficiency using Apple iPhone/iPad and telehealth tools
• Ability to meet state-specific certification or licensing requirements

Responsibilities

• Travel to patients’ homes within your service area.
• Provide scheduled services including blood draws, vitals, height/weight, and urine collection.
• Support with Annual Wellness Visits and other preventive/diagnostic services.
• Use phlebotomy skills to ensure comfortable blood draws.
• Create a warm, welcoming experience in every patient home.
• Document visits accurately using Sprinter technology.
• Label, handle, and transport specimens for lab submission.
• Manage time, supplies, and schedule as you move between patients.
