Job summary

The role requires completing confidential documentation, coordinating with team leaders, and ensuring services align with regulatory standards and agency policies.

Qualifications

• One-year documented experience in mental health treatment for children and adolescents.
• Supervision provided until minimum experience is met.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the person-centered planning process.
• Provide direct home-based behavioral health services and family therapy.
• Provide direct services for the family as indicated in the Person-Centered Plan.
• Assist team leader in monitoring intervention effectiveness and progress toward goals.
• Ensure confidentiality of client information and training is up-to-date.
• Deliver services in homes, schools, or community environments as needed.
• Maintain accurate medical records and personnel files in a timely manner.

Education

Bachelor's degree in human services

Bachelor's degree in a field other than human services

One-year supervised experience in MH/DD/SA
