Job summary

Sagent Behavioral Health is seeking a CTSS Intern to support in-home, skills-based interventions in Cambridge, MN. The role offers flexible scheduling within 0.25-1.0 FTE and a path toward licensure, with supervision and ongoing professional development.

You will work with clients and families, design treatment plans, document sessions, and collaborate with a small team to promote mental health stability while aligning with HOPE values and program goals.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in accredited graduate program pursuing MSW or clinical counseling.
• Must receive internship credit through school or complete practicum.
• Previous behavioral health experience preferred.
• Must have access to a personal vehicle for internship.

Responsibilities

• Work with a small number of clients, providing support tailored to their needs and mental health goals.
• Provide culturally responsive mental health skills to clients and families in home settings.
• Collaborate on designing effective treatment plans for clients.
• Assist with ARMHS or CTSS groups and related program tasks.
• Document mental health sessions accurately and maintain patient records in compliance with state laws.
• Attend team meetings and supervision, contributing to client care and program development.

Education

Master's degree in Social Work or Clinical Counseling
