Job summary

Georgia Families In Transition is seeking a Behavioral Health Paraprofessional to deliver in-home mental health skill-building for children, adolescents, and adults. You will work with a multidisciplinary team, maintain documentation such as BIRP notes, and ensure consistent services while traveling to client homes across Gwinnett County and neighboring areas.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or related human services field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home individual and family mental health skill-building.
• Coordinate care with a multidisciplinary treatment team.
• Maintain 25 billable hours per week as a full-time staff.
• Travel to client homes within Gwinnett County and up to 1 hour for sessions.
