Job summary

Hireology seeks a Behavioral Health Paraprofessional to provide in-home mental health skill-building and case management for children, adolescents, and adults in Dekalb County, GA. This full-time role requires flexibility for after-school hours, weekends, and travel to client homes.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, maintain BIRP notes in an electronic health record, and participate in monthly supervision with the clinical director.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a human services-related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual/family mental health skill-building services using evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches.
• Commit to providing consistent, ongoing services to clients.
• Coordinate care with a multidisciplinary treatment team.
• Attend monthly supervision with clinical director.
• Meet or exceed agency productivity and documentation standards (BIRP notes).
• Maintain after-school and weekend flexibility to meet client needs.
