Angels Care Home Health in Pittsburg, KS seeks a Behavioral Health Registered Nurse to evaluate and treat homebound patients, coordinating care with the interdisciplinary team and referring agencies. The BHRN develops care plans, performs in-home assessments, and delivers nursing interventions within scope of practice.

Qualified candidates hold an RN license, 1–2 years in psychiatric care preferred, and possess CPR/Hepatitis vaccination status. Travel and driver’s license required.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma/Associate/Bachelor).
• 1–2 years nursing experience in psychiatric care preferred.
• Current RN license in state.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• CPR certification and Hepatitis consent/declination.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct in-home assessments to identify physical, psychiatric, psychosocial, and environmental needs.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans to ensure continuity of services.
• Provide behavioral health nursing interventions within scope of practice.
• Coordinate care with physicians, interdisciplinary team, patients, families, and referral agencies.
• Ensure accurate medication profiles and timely admissions/discharges.
