Job summary

A behavioral support organization is seeking a Behavioral Consultant to provide evidence-based support to individuals with disabilities in Indianapolis, Indiana. Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation to and from clients' locations.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Complete Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and ongoing evaluations.
• Develop and implement Behavior Support Plans (BSPs).
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary team members.

Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and with a team

Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments

Experience writing Behavior Support Plans

Familiarity with Google Workspace

Education

Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Social Work, or related field
