Job summary

Eleos ABA in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA services in a center-based setting. You will implement individualized treatment plans under a BCBA and help families by collecting data and supporting caregivers.

Requirements include a high school diploma (bachelors preferred), 1 year experience with children under 10, reliable transportation, and willingness to complete a background check.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required, bachelor's preferred.
• 1 year experience with children under 10; RBT preferred.
• Must have access to transportation and be prompt to appointments.
• Willing to undergo a background check.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to clients in a one-on-one setting implementing individualized treatment plans under a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client behavior.
• Collaborate, communicate, and assist with training of caregivers.
• Provide a safe and supportive environment for clients and families.
• Attend trainings to acquire further knowledge; maintain confidentiality.
• Carry out clinical assessments and other administrative duties.
