Job summary

Bright Pathways ABA in Waxahachie, TX, seeks a Behavior Technician for in-home, part- or full-time work. You will support children 1:1, building communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills in home and community settings.

• Experience or willingness to become a Behavior Technician.
• Ability to work in home/community settings.
• Strong communication with families.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home or community, building communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Use positive reinforcement and relationship-based strategies to help children succeed.
• Implement personalized therapy goals developed by your Clinical Partner (BCBA).
• Collaborate with families and share progress in a clear, simple way.
• Track session notes and bring observations and ideas into care.
