Bright Pathways ABA is hiring a Behavior Technician for in-home, part-time (20 hours weekly). You’ll work 1:1 with children, helping them build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills in their home or community, with flexible scheduling and supportive supervision.

We emphasize human-centered care, partner families, and collaborative BCBA guidance, with compensation of $25-$35 per hour based on experience and contribution.

Qualifications

• In-home role with 20 hours weekly.
• Ongoing training available to become a Behavior Technician.
• Must have reliable transportation and live nearby.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home/community to build skills.
