Job summary

Applied ABC Massachusetts is expanding its in-home ABA therapy network serving families in the greater Boston area. As a Behavior Technician, you will deliver one-to-one behavioral intervention plans under BCBA supervision, directly in clients' homes.

You will participate in ongoing staff training on ABA techniques, collect session data, and maintain regular communication with supervising staff. Weekday and weekend availability is required to meet families' schedules.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates pursuing relevant education.
• Weekday and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in ongoing staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
